It will be important for you to plan to pick up your child\u2019s medication since medications may not go home with the student.<\/li>\n<li>Any medication left in the clinic after Friday, May 29<sup>th<\/sup> at 2:00 p.m. will have to be discarded according to district policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/60B0C4BA9AF23A3FF2-63550082-endofyear\">Palm Valley Academy Nursing Clinic: End of Year Medication Pick Up (signupgenius.com)<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>Paperwork for next year:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New medication forms must be completed every school year. We will have paperwork for next year available when medication is picked up.<\/li>\n<li><em>Starting in June,<\/em> medical forms can be downloaded from the PVA Health Clinic Page.<\/li>\n<li>Paperwork is standardized across all St John\u2019s County Schools should your student be transferring to high school or another district school.
