8th Grade Graduation

The 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony will be held Wednesday, May 24th at the Nease Auditorium.  Due to auditorium size and 8th grade class size, tickets will be limited (see details below).

Event Schedule: 

  • 5 PM – Student drop-off.  
  • 5:15 PM – Doors open to guests for check-in
  • 6 PM – Graduation Ceremony begins.  We anticipate it will last approximately 1 hour.

Ticket details:

  • Ticket reservations begin May 2nd.   An email with the ticket reservation link will be sent directly to parents/guardians by the school.
  • Each student is initially given 3 tickets to reserve.  You do not have to reserve all 3. Children <2 yrs old do not require a ticket but must sit in a lap.  Initial ticket reservations must be made by May 16th.
  • At this time, we are unsure if there will be additional tickets.  Due to numbers, it is unlikely.  However, if we do, we will release information after May 16th as to how to proceed.  
  • There is no cost for tickets.  
  • Transfer of tickets between students is allowed; however, the party who is giving the ticket to someone else must email [email protected] to notify the coordinators of the new recipient.  Otherwise, the ticket count at check-in for each student will be incorrect and the intended party will not have their ticket.
  • Information on how to reserve tickets is forthcoming.  Ticket reservations do not begin until May 2nd.
  • Attire for this event is business casual.
